Simple Infrastructure

Infrastructure does not always have to be buildings, bridges or roads. The humble bench that invites guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation can serve guests just as well. The path going along Almannagjá gorge is quite long and it can be good to have the opportunity to sit down every now and then.
We have located some four benches on logistical sites in the national park for guests to sit down and rest their legs while on their journey up or down Almannagjá. The rest can be used to enjoy the scenery, think about the park´s history, study the nature or simply to just relax.
